I love to eat and cooking is my passion. I'm very twisted person. I live on the run and in the chaos. I still looking for something becouse in my room, my bag is always disorder. I don't thing this is a defect. I'm just that kind of woman. but... in the kitchen, I do evrything precisely, careffuly. I'm looking for new tastes. I like cooking for people. I like prepering dinner for my family or boyfriend. I love culinary books. I love to bake cakes ! muffins, poppy-sead cake, apple pie.
I rest in the kitchen
and food is my great love, i'm greedy !

I thought I don't like cooking and it's not for me.. I was wrong. Maybe I'm not good cooker (yet!) but I like it. The best thing in cooking I think it's the pleasure on faces people who eat your dish and self-satisfaction. On Easter I tried to bake 'mazurek'. I made good shortcrust pastry but I would like to make icing sugar by myself and it had 'runny' consistency and it didn't congeal so my cake wasn't to eat. But I baked delicious cookies :) And on Saturday I made lovely and delicious dessert, I made it from this recipe: http://mojewypieki.blox.pl/2010/06/Serniczki-truskawkowe-w-szklankach.html but I didn't make strawberry juice but I crushed strawberries. I recommend, it's easy to make, tasty and looks awesome!

I've noticed that I made a mistake! 'Cooker' is accessory in kitchen. I can be at the most cook :D
