It's time to start exercising, health is the most important. Surely with time I'll stop being so reluctant towards jogging, beginnings are the hardest.

As to health, I'm sick. I can't swim and shouldn't leave home(but I would die if I didin't).

I'm doing 'SOMETHNIG'(mean: sth that developes or increases my skills) so I'm good. And I'm proud of myself to keep my brand new healthy diet, even though I happen to eat something 'forbidden'.

You have the right to health is important! I also used a special diet for health. I greet you.

I'm not sure you realy need a diet. I'm mean you should loose your weight, when you start jogging (When I started running I lost my weight from 66 to 52 kg in half year eating a lot). You probably don't need to count callories just to eat healthy.

I agree that exercise are very important to stay in good condition.
I have never had problems with my weight but recently I noticed that my belly is getting fatter.
I started doing sit-ups. Every evening I do 100 hundred sit-ups and every day I add two sit-ups extra. In that way I have to do 118 today.
I am very happy with exercise. I noticed that my belly is getting smaller.
I want to recommend this sit-ups system because it works!. I forgot to add that I lead a sedentary lifestyle so for my it is a great way to keep beautiful figure.
