It was supposed to be such a bright day...

For the last four hours I've had an... Autumn depression? People say that chocolate helps in these cases. I'm usually able to eat a lot of it but not today. There is some weirdness about this day.
I don't want to talk about this unstable feeling. I'd prefer to write on a less trivial theme but there's no invention in me. Maybe it'll come later...
No, it didn't. So I'll write about above named Autumn depression which clawed into me. But finally, I've got rid of it.
How to counteract a depression? Don't know how other people do it but my most successful ideas are:
- to take a hot bath
- to drink a sweet hot tea
- to eat a lot of chocolate
- to go to sleep. Maybe when you wake up you're rested and have energy to start "living" again?
- to listen to calm music, for example by Dido or Whitney Houston
- to meet friends
