Gracie Barra (pronounced Gray-see Baha) is one of the largest Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu associations, with over 400 black belts and with 320 official schools (brown or black belt instructors)[1] and 34 affiliates (purple belt and under level instructors)[2] worldwide. It is headed by Carlos Gracie, Jr., son of Carlos Gracie the first Gracie to ever learn Kodokan Judo from Otávio Mitsuyo Maeda.
