Lucid dreaming?

I recently was interested in such things like lucid dreaming... It's an intriguing thing, you can do anything in your own dream! You can fly, you can create whatever you want! You can even defeat your nightmares! But there's one thing... How to lucid dream? There's alot of techniques and I'll show you my 2 favorite:
WILD (Wake Induced lucid dream)
First of all you've got to be relaxed, so do an easy relax exercise. Take a deep breath and string your feet muscles, then release the air and loosen the muscles. Don't read further if you're not relaxed
Now important thing. Be conscious. It's very hard thing to do. There's several ways of saving your consciousness. Count 1 - I sleep, 2 - I sleep etc., even better thing is to count back from 100 by 3 ex. 100,97,94 etc. You can even imagine yourself going down by endless stairs, you just need to save your consciousness.
After some time you'll see images, it can be anything. They are called hipnagogs. When your conscious, hipnagogs will be clear and you'll can enter your dream. It's hard to describe, it's something instinctual.
Another way is CRRT (Cyclically repeated reality test)
You need to perform thing called reality test. It's used to check if you are dreaming. You can stick up your nose and try to breath with your fingers. If you'll succeed, you are dreaming! Another way is to count your fingers. Fingers in dream are usually weird looking, they are too short or too long, or are missing.
What's the point of the techinque? You need to perform RT (reality test) every 2 hours conscientiously. After some time it will code in your subconsciousness and you'll eventually do it in dream. Giving you consciousness in dream.
I find this topic interesting, I'm still trying to get lucid dream and I'm pretty close...
