In the early days of my training all the teachers said to me to not only sit in the corner but to help them and to be more involved in classes.

Seemingly two teachers for one lesson are too much but I think that with the number of twenty students two teachers teach English at the same time in the same class was a good solution.

Teaching is highly connected to assisting with a natural student’s interest; his/her desire to learn knowledge and skills. Teachers play a very important task - they guide students through a process of learning.
Teaching can be possible under one condition. Both sides, who are involved in it (the teacher and the student) have to provide that they are equally interested in achieving educational aims and objectives.
