I received help to create teacher’s training workshop, which includes knowledge of methods, such as:
- Activities during the lesson,
- Form of activating students
- Individualization of education,

I received many teaching tips and explanations of my doubts from each teacher.

I trained my theoretical and practical methodological skills.

I saw a big difference between knowledge from university and a school reality and how knowledge is converted into practical teaching activities.

- teacher's attention should be divisible,she he has to follow the whole lesson, observe all students and control their own work,
- she he should remember that evaluates what she he has learned and for this reason she he is responsible for the progress of students

The material will be well remembered, if students come into the idea of ​their own​and the guess how to reach a solution. These lessons can be much more interesting.
Moreover, the knowledge acquired in that way will last much longer. A teacher who encourages thinking can be a real treasure. Sometimes she he makes her his pupils becoming more interested in the material and on their own students are trying to expand their knowledge.
