How fdind a good hairdresser?

Yesterday I had my hair cut and I'm not satisfied. How find a good hairdresser? I found one a few years ago in ... Greece. Unfortunately. In my town I have visited some hairdressers so far and even I found a good one. She had been great until a spring two years ago. She did something with ma hair and my hair looked like ... . I can't find proper words to describe it. So the question is: how find a good hairdress?

once, I was in really great hairdresser and I very liked my haircut. Later, I went to the same hairdresser but then I thought I will never go out my home because my haircut was awful.. so I don't know where I should go now.
