If someone is thinking and is responsible it is far less probably to have any accident. You need to have a machine of weight that's proper for your strength as well.
I'm afraid most of accidents between cars and motorcycles are caused by car drivers but on a motorbike you have less chances to survive so... that's the way it is ;)
But some ppl like danger, me for ex. ;D
