hyhy, my english is horrible but I luv this language. Anyway I prefer to speak in English than in German, for example. My german is worse than english, hoho.
I learn hindi extra but it's a little bit difficult. Generally I love India, indian films, indian music..
As to music, I like all types, okay, except gnarl [read - heavy metal] and techno.. bhrr.

Oh, what a shame.. Heavy metal is such cool music ;p
As for lasagna..dear, the recipe is very VERY simple. If you like, I can give it to you but you'll have to try (make it and post pics of the process :D). Plus, how on earth are you going to learn how to cook if you don't try out new things? :) Unless you don't wanna learn..
