On Saturday, October 24, in Zielona Góra was the first match of the great final Polish Speedway Ekstraliga. Meeting in the end come to pass after many heroic attempts. In last Saturday - 17.10. in Bydgoszcz was the last round of the Speedway Grand Prix - SGP Poland. The tournament won Nicki Pedersen. It was a very controversial because Nicki should be excluded in the semi-final for a foul on Tomasz Gollob. Unfortunately, the arbiter did not taken such a decision. Fortunately for Polish fans in final third place was taken Polish representative - Sebastian Ułamek and fourth place was taken Rune Holta, Norwegian with Polish passport.

On 13 October 2009 died Tomasz Wójtowicz. He was only 42 years. He died of a stroke. Tomasz was great man and great friend. He was founder speedway in Poznan and president PSŻ Poznań.
In last sunday in Łódź was qualification matches between the second-last team 1 polish Speedway league and second team 2 polish Speedway league.
