To have much time

About one month ago I decided to walk up earlier. I would like to change my habit laying on bed although I just love sleeping and I could fall asleep everywhere and always. I would like to wake up earlier to have much time, to have longer day and so on. And I started to wake up earlier, start was hard but my organism became accustomed. It's so easy to trick human body.. I woke up after six hours sleep. My organism remembered it but .. I came back home ;) And I came back to my habit. Today for exemple I awaked about 5 o'clock in the morning and believe me or not I felt quite good but then I felt asleep and I couldn't wake up about 9 o'clock, I felt sooo tired. And I agree with this truth, when we wake up earlier, we feel better because we force our organism to regeneration in shorter time and our sleep has better quality.
