Who doesn't love Friday ??? Of course everyone does. Especially time after people finish their work, school and so. 2 days of resting and relaxing I just love it as anyone else.

At first I'll watch a TV movie which I downloaded yesterday called " Human body: Pushing the limits ".The TV station named " Discovery channel science ". In my humble opinion every single person that's reading those words should try to watch that movie. There're 4 different episodes about incredible abilities of human body. The film I wrote about above contains a lot of computer animated sequences about how's exact part of our body behaving during extremely situations. I'll give you a simple example.

Two guys went to the high mountains. While they were walking through narrow passage with a gap behind them, keeping the wall with their hands along the rock wall to don't fall down a big part of rock just torn apart. This big part of stone which weighted about 250 kilograms landed on one of those guys chest and trapped him underneath. He started to slide down the high cliff with the stone on his chest. His bones didn't shatter because he was keeping that stone on his chest or rather trying to push or lift it away with his hands. Too bad he was sliding closer and closer to precipice.... when he was few meters from certain death his organism started producing adrenaline. Human muscles usually uses 1/3rd of their strength but in extremely cases while they're forced to protect somebody's life they work with 100% of power that they are able to produce. While adrenaline kicked in he got unbelieveable strength and pushed away the heavy stone. He had some shoulder injuries due by incredible effort which he made a while before. But the most important thing was his organism did a great job and saved his life.

Human body is a great nature's work. Its adapt abilities sometimes are unbelieveable. If you start to working out you muscles will grow bigger and stronger. If you start running you won't get more muscles but you will be able to run for much longer. If you start doing gymnastics you will be more agile.
Whatever you start doing your body will just adapt to the new conditions.
I've heard about the guy who survived almost 3 months long in the middle of an ocean. Until some big ship has found him he was eating fishes which tasted awfully in the begining. Since there was no other way of surviving his organism has made a really smart trick. For example fish's eyes tasted you know how in the begining... but his organism made its taste feels alike a pizza. Fish's eyes has got a lot of proteins and that's why that guy's organism made him feeling the taste so good.

" Human Body : Pushing The Limits " is really worth watching. They're 4 episodes 40~ minutes each.

Yah I also have this kind of a teacher. I mean my french teacher. He never gives 5. Propably it's the rule: for 6 only God can, for 5 he can but you can only can for 4:D According to film you described: I think I'll watch it in the nearest future. It seems to be really interesting.
