Winter holidays

It's so good they finally started.
Oh damn I had an english test yesterday. Now I wish I studied american and british culture more. As I passed school level with 2 nd position in school we went to another stage to other city with 4 guys. Was quite hard to wake up at 5 a.m. and go for a bus. The contest started at 10 a.m. and lasted an hour. Totally there were 55 points to get. First task was a grammar part ( 20 points ). Next few questions were (A,B,C,D) and the last one was about culture for 7 points. I got 29 points in total what doesn't satisfy me. I made a silly mistake with one question. If only I had read the question more careful I would've got one more point. To get to the final 33 points were needed so I was quite close. There were questions about number of states in the USA, the biggest one, Saint Patron of Great Britain. Damn I had 0 point at this part.
Well I think I should be happy anyways that I passed the school level cause the score of 2 nd person at school english test ain't something too easy.
And now holidays... yeah finally they started. 2 weeks of free time ahead of me. There is a lot of snow outside that's a heaven on earth for kids but me. The surface on the streets is really slippery therefore it's hard to control the car especially with rear wheel drive and summer tyres. I'm not gonna be using my car too much during this time but that's a problem if I have to. Also it's much harder to walk unless the pavement is covered with sand, salt or plowed. I've seen a long time weather prognosis and it'd be ass freezing till 26th~ January. Then the weather should chill out and the temperature will jump a little above 0. That's good because I hope all the snow will be gone by the time the holidays end. I've got a prom on the 4th day of February so I hope there won't be a single piece of snow cause I'll have to go by car for a girl that is my dance partner during this time.
