There is nothing that we as individuals can do to prevent climate change

Current world situation is that climate is going to change year after year and decade after decade. And it is not change to better. It leads to global warming, air pollution and ozone hole, and that’s not all, but just some examples.
Preliminary question should be if the predication in the title of that composition is true. Answer is it is not. Individual for sure can prevent climate change. We can for example segregate rubbish, using alternative sources of energy, give things we don’t need to recycling, save water, save energy, save paper, and do many other little things. Actually we are just supposed not to pollute. So we not only can do something to prevent unwanted climate changes, but we can prevent it even by don’t do particular thing, so on, even by do nothing we do something!
Somebody would say so what if we behave ecological, while three other people don’t – equation is still negative anyway. Well, firstly the more responsible people, the better. Secondly of course we as society still need an education in that matter – it’s never enough. And finally individual’s deeds are appreciated, but real power and possibilities in that matter belongs to political decisions, both internal and international, example reduce emissions. The most important international bodies in that area are UN’s IPCC, WMO and UNEP.
In conclusion, it’s impossible to change world in a single, making pressure to powerful persons isn’t also easy, need much effort, a lot of time and really strong will, so not everybody can afford to do it indeed. Instead everyone of us can change world to better inch by inch, foot by foot and step by step. Moreover – it doesn’t really need an effort at all.
